- You have drive and ambition to represent the Wholesale team across Sales, Marketing, VM, Buying & Merchandising to ensure excellent standards and service are delivered to wholesale partners.
- You are experienced in working at senior level with National and prestige UK partners in either a fashion, gifting or beauty capacity with a proven track record of delivering sales growth through strategic plans and onboarding new business.
- You are an articulate negotiator with a commercial mind who can deliver profitable and sustainable terms for the business and our partners.
- You are an exceptional brand ambassador who lives and breathes luxury products, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- You are experienced in developing bespoke ranging and collaborative brand partnerships are advantageous.

The National Account Manager will play a lead role in developing and growing both existing relationships and onboarding strategic new partners in the best UK retailers.

- Grow our UK Wholesale business by over 40%
- Redefine how we work with partners to become best in class in stores and online.
- Develop our product categories for commercial scale
As part of the Wholesale Team, the National Account Manager reports directly to our Head Of Sales, Victoria (ex Joules and Radley London), supported by our CEO, Alex (former All Plants and Proper Corn).
Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Create strategic plans and identify opportunities for growth with key partners to ensure the business continues to thrive.
- Support the Head of Sales in driving forward the overall Wholesale channel and mentor other team members to ensure consistency in performance and approach.
- Propose commercial decisions to maximise sell in, sell through and profit
- Successfully execute seasonal sales presentations, influence and challenge buys to achieve budgets set.
- Monitor and manage weekly sales performance to drive in season business and overall seasonal results
- Identify, own and manage bespoke product development alongside production within given account remit.
- Provide reports/information to support weekly trading updates & monthly meetings
- Support the quarterly forecasting process, analysing sales data, customer performance and market knowledge.
- Regular trading meetings with customers to understand their business and react to in season to performance & trading conditions, creating proposals to mitigate risks
- Product expert, providing market and competitor Intel, customer feedback and requirements to assist with future product development
- Understand market trends, competitor activity, opportunities, products & pricing and report back to the business
- Identify and target new business and own the on boarding process for these accounts
- Negotiating terms and commercials with support from the business to effectively manage overall profitability
- Regular store visits to build relationships and report back findings to buyers to assist performance in stores and identify local opportunities
- Work closely with the Operations Team to manage efficient delivery of stock.
- Support and develop forward business growth and strategy plans for each account.
Trade Marketing & VM
- Lead and support the team as required at trade shows, wholesale events, product launches, showroom set ups.
- Liaise with Brand / Marketing on customer requirements and strategic planning to ensure activities proposed increase sales or drive brand awareness in your accounts.
- Work closely with the Wholesale Manager to ensure we are providing appropriate VM / Brand tools to partners.
- Plan and provide staff training in stores / virtually to include product and brand information.

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a similar Sales / Commercial / Account Management role.
- Full driving licence and flexible to travel as required.

- IT Literate and strong analytical skills
- Ability to be proactive and reactive and work under pressure
- Influencing, negotiating, problem solving and decision making skills
- Accurate and excellent standards of written and verbal communication
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail
