Growth Marketing Manager
💰 Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + bonus
🙋♂️ Reporting to: Jonny Sadler (eCommerce Director)
📍 Location: Potters Bar
🏙️ Office requirement: Hybrid, 2 days per week at HQ

Elizabeth Scarlett is scaling its presence in the UK and US with the ambitious goal of raising £2 Million for Wildlife Conservation by 2030. We are looking for passionate, driven individuals eager to make an extraordinary impact while outperforming forecasts.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key player in our Growth & eCommerce team. There will be a focus on leading new channels (TikTok Shop, Amazon) and driving repeat purchase, as well as jumping on high–impact ideas from our growth backlog — the role will be what you make of it.
You’ll report directly to our eCommerce Director, Jonny (ex allplants, Waldo, Oddbox and former growth and equity crowdfunding consultant), and be supported by our Marketing Director, Sophie (former Brand & Marketing Director at Papier & Glassette).
Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔
Launch & Manage New Growth Channels
- Take charge of new growth projects such as TikTok Shop, Affiliates, and Amazon.
- Plan, test and refine channel-specific strategies to maximise brand visibility and revenue.
- Maintain a structured roadmap, ensuring efficient execution and clear ROI tracking.
Lead CRM & Drive Repeat Purchases
- Own CRM flows, leveraging email marketing, SMS, and other touchpoints
- Build and optimise a membership or loyalty programme
- Use customer insights and data to deliver personalised experiences
Automate Processes & Customer Experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve onsite merchandising, customer journeys and internal workflows.
- Build automations with data, tech tools and AI to replace manual processes while improving both customer and team experience.
Champion Growth Experimentation
- Identify opportunities across our funnel to improve conversions.
- Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and impact KPIs
- Report key successes and learnings to the team, contributing to a culture of rapid experimentation, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.

Mindset: You’ll have an urgency and intensity to your work, a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills. You’ll be a proactive, hands-on problem-solver with a collaborative mindset. You’ll have a bias to experimentation and measurable outcomes.

Experience: 3+ years in a growth or performance marketing role, ideally within a high-growth startup environment (<100 people) or having followed an entrepreneurial pursuit yourself.
Location: Must live in London. We work from Potters Bar (24-min train from Kings Cross) and from workspaces around London Victoria.
