The role
At Elizabeth Scarlett, we are scaling our presence in the UK and US with the ambitious goal of raising £2 Million for Wildlife Conservation by 2030. We are looking for passionate, driven individuals eager to make an extraordinary impact and help us achieve this goal.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Executive to support our end-to-end logistics and fulfilment operations. In this role, you'll help manage the order journey from placement to delivery across both trade and e-commerce channels, while contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You'll work on critical initiatives including supply chain optimisation, systems integration, and our exciting US market expansion, collaborating closely with warehouse, customer experience, and cross-functional teams. Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔
Order Logistics & Fulfilment Management
- Own end-to-end order logistics across both trade and e-commerce channels, ensuring seamless flow from order placement through warehouse processing to customer delivery, ensuring all orders reach customers on time and in perfect condition
- Day-to-day communication and troubleshooting with our Warehouse and Customer Experience teams, including resolving technical issues with systems and our personalisation process
- Support Trade account management by ensuring exceptional service and issue resolution with customers
- Manage commercial documentation and compliance requirements for trade customers
- Help to develop operational support strategies for sales initiatives
- Support systems integration and optimisation across ERP, e-commerce platforms, and EDI systems
- Help to drive technology improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
Supply Chain & Purchase Orders
- Manage PO tracking, providing visibility and proactive communication on inventory arrivals
- Help to drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and cost optimisation
- Ensure that inventory remains accurate, from inbound shipments through putaway and outbound fulfilment, including organising stock checks
- Track and manage stock levels across our packaging and marketing materials
US Market Expansion
- Lead US wholesale order flow management, establishing and maintaining efficient processes for American trade partners
- Support on US sales tax compliance setup, working with finance and legal teams to ensure proper registration and collection processes
- Support on US logistics strategy, helping to develop scalable solutions for market expansion and growth

What do I need to bring with me? 🧳
- Willingness to work primarily from our Potters Bar (EN6) studio, where our warehouse is based
- 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory management software, and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order fulfilment processes
- Understanding of EDI systems and supply chain technologies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and pivot as new challenges arise
- Experience with freight/logistics coordination and vendor management (preferred)
- Knowledge of trade/wholesale operations (preferred)
- Experience with international logistics or market expansion (preferred)
