What you will be doing 🚀
- Own & Optimise the Shopify Storefront
- Lead the roadmap and daily management of our DTC site, ensuring it’s fast, mobile-first, and conversion-focused.
- Own KPIs including Conversion Rate, AOV, and Bounce Rate, implementing tests and changes to improve them.
- Manage and mentor the eCommerce Assistant, collaborate with our Product Manager and coordinate with agencies or freelancers as needed.
- Commercial Trading & Promotional Calendar
- Own the promotional and trading calendar, ensuring alignment with brand and revenue goals.
- Plan and execute bundles, sales events, and limited-time offers to maximise revenue while protecting brand equity.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Ops & Merchandising to align promotions with inventory and campaign priorities.
- Onsite Merchandising & Customer Journey
- Define and execute site merchandising strategies, including homepage layouts, collections, recommendations, and search.
- Ensure new products and campaigns are merchandised in ways that maximise visibility and conversion.
- Continuously improve navigation, filtering, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with our Lifecycle/CRM team to ensure a first-class customer purchase experience at every step.
- Product Ownership & Experimentation
- Collaborate with our Product Manager to brief, spec, and QA new features and functionality.
- Run a structured CRO programme—A/B testing designs, content, and offers across the funnel.
- Own the backlog and prioritisation process for all eCom development and optimisation projects together with our Product Manager.
- Integrations & Sales Channels
- Manage and optimise integrations with sales channels like TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify Shop App.
- Ensure clean, accurate product feeds and smooth data flows across all marketing and operational platforms.
- Partner with the Growth and Marketing teams to ensure channel experiences match on-site experience.

- Must-have skills
- Deep Shopify and eCommerce platform knowledge (navigation, PDPs, checkout, analytics)
- Strong grasp of CRO, UX, and onsite merchandising principles
- Experience building and executing promotional or trading calendars
- Nice-to-have skills
- Experience with CRM/lifecycle marketing (e.g. Klaviyo)
- Understanding of marketplaces or multichannel integrations (TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.)
- Experience
- 4–6 years in eCommerce or digital trading roles, ideally within a fast-growing DTC brand
