💰 Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE + bonus
🙋♀️ Reporting to: Jonny Sadler (eCommerce Director)
📍 Location: Potters Bar
🏙️ Office requirement: Hybrid, 2 days per week at HQ

As our Growth Analyst, you’ll partner with our Growth & Marketing teams to define, build and share the tools and insights to help drive our ambitious growth goals.
You’ll report directly to our Growth Director, Jonny (ex allplants, Waldo, Oddbox and former growth and equity crowdfunding consultant). Working at the heart of growth marketing, ecommerce strategy, and analytics, you’ll help teams set and track goals while developing scalable systems for long-term success.
- Build the analytics foundation that fuels decision-making across Growth, eCommerce and Marketing.
- Uncover insights that help us grow faster, smarter and more profitably.
- Enable every team to measure success and act confidently on data.
What you will be doing 🚀
- Own & optimise our data infrastructure
- Maintain and improve our data stack across Shopify, BigQuery, and marketing platforms like TripleWhale.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to give real-time visibility into KPIs and business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through documentation and checks.
- Translate raw data into meaningful, actionable insights using AI, SQL and visualisation tools.
- Turn insight into growth strategy
- Analyse customer, product, and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner with Growth, Product and Marketing teams to shape strategy through evidence-based recommendations.
- Use predictive and cohort analysis to model performance and forecast impact.
- Enable teams to self-serve and act on insights
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks with channel leads.
- Create easy-to-use dashboards and visual tools that help teams monitor results.
- Act as the go-to analytics partner — helping colleagues answer their own questions and make faster decisions.
- Champion a data-driven culture
- Advocate for data integrity and a test-and-learn mindset across the business.
- Stay ahead of emerging analytics tools and methodologies, experimenting to improve how we work.
- Support and mentor teammates in using data to drive commercial and conservation outcomes.
Who we are looking for 🧳
- Mindset
- Analytical, curious, and proactive.
- Hands-on problem solver with a bias for experimentation and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborative and energised by helping others understand data.
- Must-have skills
- Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets modelling skills.
- Experience with Shopify, TripleWhale, or other marketing analytics platforms.
- Ability to build dashboards (we use Looker) and communicate insights clearly.
- Nice-to-have skills
- Familiarity with Python or AI (we’re using TripleWhale Moby Agents & Claude) tools for analysis and automation.
- Experience with BigQuery or similar data warehouse environments.
- Experience
- 4–6 years in an analytics or growth-focused role within a high-growth eCommerce or DTC environment.
- Backgrounds we value: growth analytics, performance marketing analysis, data strategy or eCommerce operations.
